Age Requirement- for public classes

Students must be 16 years or older to attend public classes.

We understand that many teens have a genuine interest in exploring yoga and are capable of staying safe and respectful on the mat. For this reason, we do make exceptions on a case-by-case basis for students who are14-15 years oldBelow is the process for consideration.

  • Schedule a 1 hour private class with our Studio Manager (please allow 7-10 days to schedule a private class)

  • Both student and parent/guardian must attend this session

  • During this time we will learn about the student’s goals, intentions, and experience

  • Talk through Studio Etiquette

  • Move through a 40 minute flow

  • Open up for questions, observations, and discussion

  • Teacher will determine if the student is safe and able to participate in public classes

The purpose of this process is to ensure that younger yogis are able to keep themselves safe on the mat. As well as follow studio etiquette to help hold a respectful space. In the case that the student is approved to attend public classes, they are required to attend with a parent/guardian. Thank you for understanding that scheduling a private does not guarantee that students are approved to attend public classes.
