This Sound Healing Training invites you to explore sound as a pathway to balance and inner stillness. Drawing from both ancient practices and modern science, you’ll learn how to work with vibration in a way that feels intentional, intuitive, and embodied. Discover how sound supports the nervous system and gain the tools to facilitate sound baths that encourage deep rest and renewal.
