A Cacao Circle of Gratitude, Connection & Sound
Gather in sacred circle for an evening of gratitude, heart-opening cacao, and soulful connection. Through the ancient ritual of ceremonial cacao, we'll open our hearts, honor the blessings in our lives, and share intentions in community. We'll close with an immersive sound meditation, surrendering to the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, grounding beats of the drum, and healing frequencies that invite deep rest, reflection, and gratitude.
Space is limited to 20 women, as our ceremonial cacao is prepared in advance with care and intention. We encourage you to reserve your place early to be part of this sacred gathering.

This Sound Healing Training invites you to explore sound as a pathway to balance and inner stillness. Drawing from both ancient practices and modern science, you’ll learn how to work with vibration in a way that feels intentional, intuitive, and embodied. Discover how sound supports the nervous system and gain the tools to facilitate sound baths that encourage deep rest and renewal.
