The House of Elemental Magic

October 1-6th

AïA is our connection to the divine, the guide in our journey of transformation and healing. AïA ignites the invisible divide between what you believe and what is possible, reigniting the belief in Magic that you lost as a child. It is your house, the place where you gravitate to and feel comfortable during every step of your journey. It is your connection to oneness and nature that, once established, will be your guide to divinity – the life path you were designed to follow.

Join us for 6 nights, 5 days

in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico

Together, we will travel through the 4 houses:

  • The Nourishing Biome:

Where everything you eat is designed for optimal health. Instead of dictating what you should eat, Palmaïa simplified by removing the most toxic ingredients in the modern food system. This empowers you to freely experiment and enjoy healthy food options.

  • The House of the Architect of Life:

Wild Heart & AOL programming includes more than 50 holistic and health activities carried out every week by our in-house and visiting guides. AïA\Wellness is designed to include an integration structure around the program.

  • The House of The Rituals of Sound

If you’ve been on retreat with us, you know, music is our love language. No wellness experience can be complete without the use of energy, frequency and sound as part of the healing process. Frequency is medicine, and you’ll experience the full realm though immersive class, workshops, and ceremony experiences! The Rituals of Sound create casual gatherings for this purpose, held at beautiful locations where deep beats nourish the soul.

  • the house of Aïa

AïA ignites the invisible divide between what you believe and what is possible, reigniting the belief in Magic that you lost as a child. It is your house, the place where you gravitate to and feel comfortable during every step of your journey. It is your connection to oneness and nature that, once established, will be your guide to divinity – the life path you were designed to follow. Only you will know the moment you enter The House of AïA.

Travel Insurance/ cancellation Policy

Travel insurance is required. Please note that most policies purchased more than 14 days following your initial trip deposit will not cover pre-existing conditions, so we encourage you to purchase your policy with that window in mind.

Wild Heart Yoga is not responsible for unforeseen personal circumstances, including but not limited to sickness, medical emergencies, family issues, personal schedule changes, etc. There are several Trip insurance plans out there that cover everything from medical reasons (the most common reason for cancellation), weather, laid off from work, and even “cancel for any reason” policies. Wild Heart Yoga is not an insurance provider so policies must be sourced individually.

Due to the extensive planning and financial commitments required for this international retreat, our cancellation policy for Bali differs from our other retreats. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but because this experience involves significant upfront costs, we must adhere to the following policy:

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable upon payment. Your deposit secures your spot and allows us to make the necessary arrangements on your behalf.

  • The remaining balance will be split into three equal payments due on:

    • August 1, 2025

    • November 1, 2025

    • March 1, 2026

  • Each balance payment is non-refundable once processed. This means that if you need to cancel after making any of these payments, that portion of your retreat cost will not be refunded.

  • Cancellations made within 111 days of the retreat start date (after March 1, 2026): No refunds or transfers will be issued.

Travel insurance is required and we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.

Our Cancellation Policy is firm and there are no exceptions, including medical, emergencies, personal engagements, etc.  Purchasing Travel/Trip insurance is the only way to protect your investment.  Wild Heart Yoga requires all retreat guests to purchase travel insurance upon paying the deposit.   Wild Heart Yoga is not an insurance or travel company and is not responsible for recouping any personal funds lost due to retreat cancellation and/or not acquiring trip insurance.  By registering for this retreat, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for understanding and for being a part of this extraordinary experience.

For more info on full coverage travel insurance, we are happy to recommend our dear friend and retreat partner Hadiel. She can also help if you'd like to plan an extension to this trip.
