25 Hour Prenatal yoga teacher training:
The infinitely Empowered
April 24-26th
This 25-hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training is registered with Yoga Alliance and counts toward YACEP Continuing Education hours.
This heart-centered training honors the wisdom of the pregnant body as a sacred, transformative journey. Yoga teachers and birth workers will focus on creating space, safety, and support in prenatal specific classes, and modifying mixed-level classes for pregnant yogis. This training explores the anatomy and physiology of pregnancy and birth, intuitive sequencing, thoughtful and safe pose breakdowns, creative flow building, and nurturing practice teaching.
At the core of this training is learning how to hold space for pregnant yogis in a way that feels nourishing, empowering, and deeply respectful. We explore the unfolding journey of pregnancy as a cyclical experience. Pregnancy is approached by honoring the person at the center of the experience, holding space with warmth, trust, and respect.
Students will learn prenatal asana, pranayama, meditation, anatomy and physiology that supports the changing body across trimesters, encouraging grounding, spaciousness, and connection. Emphasis is placed on choice, consent, and agency, empowering pregnant students to listen inward and move in ways that feel supportive and true for them.
You will also learn how to structure and lead a prenatal yoga class that feels like a sanctuary. Classes that invite slowing down, listening inward, and moving with care. Classes are shaped to foster safety, community, and trust, honoring each pregnancy as unique.
This 25-hour weekend intensive is available for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and also serves as the first module toward a full 85-Hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Certification. Studets may take individual modules as CEU’s and have the option to continue into future modules to complete the full training and receive an 85-Hour PYT certificate upon completion.

A Deeper Look At Our Time Together
The Infinitely Empowered Prenata training was written and is led by Allison Cline, MEd, ERYT-500, PRYT, a certified Birth Doula, Childbirth Educator, and mother of three vibrant daughters. Allison weaves together lived experience, devotion to the feminine, and years of guiding teachers and students to create a container that is grounded, trauma-informed and sacred.
An experience crafted to foster a nurturing and supportive space where teachers-in-training can develop the following:
• A deep understanding of prenatal yoga, including safe and effective asanas, breathwork, and meditation techniques tailored to the specific needs of pregnant bodies.
The ability to foster community, building strong connections within prenatal yoga classes that encourage a sense of belonging and mutual support.
Building a strong, supportive community is essential in prenatal yoga, as expectant parents often benefit from shared experiences and mutual support. Pregnancy can be an emotionally and physically intense time, and some individuals may come to the practice with trauma histories that require sensitivity and awareness.
